Bright Hospital Opportunity Shop Supporting the Local Community

The Bright Hospital Opportunity Shop Inc. has supported the local community with over $104,000 of donations in the 2016-2017 financial year.  These donations have been given to a range of different community service based organisations.

Sharing in the donations were Alpine Health – Bright, Regional Cancer Clinic- Albury / Wodonga, Hawthorn Village - Bright, Buffalo River Fire Brigade, SES Bright, Ambulance Vic - Bright, Myrtleford, Mount Beauty.

Lyndon Seys, CEO of Alpine Health said “On behalf of Alpine Health, I’d like to thank President - Barbara Davie, Secretary - Roberta Drew, and Treasurer - Lois Matthews and the entire Bright Hospital Opportunity Shop Committee and the many volunteers for their donation and continuing support. We are incredibly lucky to have such a strong group of dedicated volunteers who not only fundraise but also provide an extensive social support network which contributes greatly to delivering better local health outcomes for the community.””
