The Partnership

Alpine Health has formed a strategic partnership with Beechworth Health Service, Yackandandah Health, and Indigo North Health to deliver the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP) in the Indigo Shire.


What is indigo@home?

indigo@home is a comprehensive home care program that follows the successful home care service model delivered by Alpine Health through its alpine@home home services.

 

What happens to my existing home care service on the 1st July 2018?

Existing clients have been asked by Indigo Shire Council in writing to transition their records over to the new service. If you have not given permission for this to occur your service will stop on the 1st July 2018.

Is my carer going to change?

All current Indigo Shire home support workers will be invited to apply for employment opportunities. We believe in providing local services for local people which means using a local workforce is paramount to the success of the program.

 

Where can I pay my invoice?

You will only receive one invoice each month from indigo@home for the services that you receive.

  • You can pay in person with cash or cheque at your local WAW Credit Union branch in Beechworth, Chiltern, Yackandandah or Tallangatta.
  • You can pay in person, with cash or cheque at Beechworth Health Service, Yackandandah Health or Indigo North Health.
  • You can pay by phone with a credit card, please contact Finance at Alpine Health on 03 5751 9340.
  • You can pay via internet banking using the details located on the bottom of your invoice.
