Activities Worker

0.5 FTE (20 hours per week)  x  2 roles
  • Mount Beauty, Kiewa Valley House Residential Aged Care 
  • Myrtleford, Barwidgee Lodge Residential Aged Care 

Alpine Health is seeking to appoint staff who can demonstrate a clear capacity to contribute to the health, social and recreational care needs of aged care residents.  Successful applicants will be required to establish and deliver programs through a collaborative approach that achieves both person focused care and continuity of care for clients of Alpine Health.  Each role will focus on optimising client independence through individual and group activities established in collaboration with clients, families, Allied Health professionals, and Alpine Health’s Health Care Team.

Position Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Community Services (Lifestyle and Health) or equivalent.
  • Current Police Check
  • Immunisation status consistent with Alpine Health Staff Immunisation Procedure
