Alpine Health is a provider of Home Support services to the Indigo Shire. This service is known as indigo@home and is delivered in partnership with Beechworth Health Service, Yackandandah Health Service, and Indigo North Health.

We have an exciting employment opportunity available for an individual who would like to work in the community home care environment as the indigo@home Intake Officer located in Beechworth.

Responsible for the management, prioritising and processing of all incoming referrals for Community Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home and Community Care for Younger People (HACC - PYP), and NDIS services. The Intake Officer will be familiar with client need assessment and skilled in the conduct of Home Care intake and care coordination of Home Care clients, focusing on those with complex needs.

Applicants must have the following minimum requirements:

  • Current Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current driver’s licence 
  • Immunisation status consistent with Alpine Health’s Staff Immunisation Procedure
