NDIS

Alpine Health is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider. We provide services and support to people with a disability, their families or carers in the North Eastern Victorian community.

NDIS has rolled out in the Ovens and Murray Region which includes the Alpine and Indigo Shires. People who are already receiving Victorian Government services will transition over to NDIS through a phased plan.

NDIS support services can be provided by either alpine@home or indigo@home depending on where you live. 

What we do

As a registered NDIS service provider, we can help you and your family or carer choose the right services and supports to help you achieve your goals.

Services we provide include;

  • Community nursing care
  • Personal care activities
  • Domestic assistance
  • Group and Centre activities
  • Support to access community services and activities
  • Home modifications

Who we help

To access the NDIS, people with a disability need to meet age (under 65 years) and residence requirements, and disability or early intervention requirements.

What support is available if I am not eligible for NDIS?

If you are not eligible for NDIS, are aged under 65 and have a disability or care for someone with a disability, then you may be eligible for support through the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP).

How to access services

If you have had an NDIS plan approved, and you want to choose Alpine Health as one of your NDIS providers, please contact;

If you are already receiving Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP) services in the Alpine or Indigo Shires and have not yet transitioned over to NDIS, please contact NDIS on 1800 800 110 to test your eligibility.
