The Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join Alpine Health to lead the development and implementation of effective human resource management systems to support the progression and achievement of Alpine Health’s service objectives.


Establish and implement comprehensive HR systems inclusive of workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, employee health and wellbeing, staff retention and performance management.

Position Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Experience in a HR role, will demonstrated skills as a HR generalist
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Immunisation status consistent with Alpine Health Staff Immunisation Procedure
