Barwidgee Lodge 

Barwidgee Lodge is a 30 Bed residential aged care facility located in Myrtleford, North East Victoria and forms part of the overall Alpine Health Multi-Purpose Service.

Barwidgee Lodge is co-located within the Myrtleford Hospital and provides care for permanent and respite residents that have complex care needs in single room accommodation.

Offering recently refurbished furniture and bathrooms, Barwidgee Lodge has a wonderful calendar of activities, an Activities Coordinator and resident pets.

About the Facility

There are two main common areas used for dining (108m2), lounge and activities (152m2). Each of the 3 wings has an intimate sitting area (15m2). An entrance area for receiving and sitting with guests is also available. Paved pathway linking the garden areas. Design features cater for a secure environment.

The Rooms

Barwidgee Lodge provides quality rooms in excellent condition, maintained to a high standard. Ducted heating and cooling in all rooms. All rooms have a bright ambience.  Furnished with a quality bed and mattress, bedside locker, a chair and a built-in wardrobe to Australian Safety Standards. Quality window dressings in each room. On-site maintenance is available.
