Nick has worked across the social and community sector for the bulk of his professional working life. Nick was the Corporate Services Manager with Alpine Health previous to becoming the CEO in 2020, and he has spent much of his career in health environments. Nick has held senior roles across social housing and local government organisations and this has contributed to his broad perspective and understanding of business and workforce management. It has also provided him with valuable insight into his current role.

Nick maintains expertise in workforce planning, risk and strategy, and educational design and delivery. He is passionate about the role of workforce in the provision of health services and has been instrumental in the establishment of the Alpine Institute - Alpine Health’s education and training business. Nick is actively engaged in his local community and through this engagement, recognises the intrinsic connection between community, health and wellbeing.

Emma has spent time working as a clinical dietitian in tertiary and rural settings including two years in the United Kingdom. Over the past 15 years Emma has dedicated her work life to preventative health and research in rural communities.

Emma Joined Alpine Health in 2018, as the Early Intervention Manager and was appointed to the Director of Healthy Communities in 2021. Additionally, she has experience serving on a Board and is a past chair of the Dietitians Australia, Victorian Chapter.

Prior to starting with Alpine Health in July 2023, Kristy was the Executive Officer of Recycle Victoria, and prior to that, with local government as the Director of Community Services with Federation Council. 

Kristy holds strong credentials relating to each of the associated functions of corporate and business services. Kristy provides provide strategic leadership, oversight and performance leadership to Alpine Health’s corporate and business services comprising: financial services, people and culture, information technology, health information, business development, essential services and risk management.

Rhys joined Alpine Health in the role of Health Services Manager (now Executive Director of Clinical Services) in Bright on 9 January 2023 after a career as the Director of Nursing Population and Primary Health Care for Northern Territory Health and holds a strong history in nursing and para medicine. 

Rhys held a variety of positions in the Territory including Director of Nursing Darwin Urban Primary Health Care, and as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.  Rhys is a current Board member of the Cancer Council Northern Territory and holds a set of skills and experience in emergency management.
