Rural Mental Health Worker

0.8 FTE  - Fixed Term to August 2022

The Rural Mental Health & Wellbeing Worker will provide leadership in Alpine Health and the community through the delivery of an integrated mental health service and early intervention service for young people aged 12-18 years and adults with a primary mental health concern. This position is responsible for the delivery of high quality mental health services and health promotion programs to individuals and groups.

Position Requirements:

  • Degree or higher tertiary qualification in the health and primary care sector with particular relevance to primary mental health
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Immunisation status consistent with Alpine Health Staff Immunisation Procedure
