Corporate Planning Day 2022

Alpine Health hosts an annual planning day to develop organisational activities and actions for the following year. This involves a range of diverse stakeholders coming together to discuss various issues and develop practical solutions.
Community, staff and stakeholders are invited to come along to the annual Corporate Planning Day for 2022 to share their ideas and help guide the direction of health services and programs in the Alpine Shire.
The planning day will focus on the four strategic areas;
- Creating new services to meet changing community needs
- Improving service delivery through person-centred care and safety and quality led systems
- Developing and improving the workforce
- Investing in the future (including capital development)
The format of the day will include more formal presentations and informal break out groups to work through key issues.

Please note, this community consultation survey is designed to be exploratory rather than exhaustive. A broader and more in-depth engagement strategy will be developed as part of our 5-year service planning process. This will begin later in 2022.
