In 2025, Alpine Health will begin a planned renovation project to enhance our facilities and create improved living spaces for our residents. This initiative will focus on upgrading dining rooms, bathrooms, and shared lounge areas to provide a more comfortable and welcoming environment. The project is set to start in the second half of 2025 and aims to be completed by early 2026. We thank our community for their patience and support as we work to improve the quality of our aged care services.

This refurbishment has been made possible by a $214,000 grant from the Australian Government’s Aged Care Capital Assistance Program (ACCAP), awarded during Round 2 of funding. This investment reflects the government’s commitment to enhancing aged care facilities in regional, rural, and remote communities. The funding will directly support the much-needed updates at Hawthorn Village in Bright, ensuring the facility continues to deliver high-quality care to local residents.
