Diversity and Inclusion

Alpine Health is striving to create a health service and a community that is respectful and inclusive for people of all backgrounds, cultures, genders and abilities.

We believe a workforce that recognises and celebrates diversity will best meet the health and wellbeing needs of the community we care for, including First Nations peoples; people living with a disability; gender diverse people; people experiencing disadvantage; and culturally and linguistically diverse people.
