Alpine Health’s PACE program – National winners of HESTA team excellence award

Alpine Health’s PACE team has been awarded the Team Excellence Award, in the HESTA Excellence Awards announced, 26th November 2020.  The team was recognized for going above and beyond to deliver outstanding client care in the face of great challenges and adversity.

Alpine Health, along with our partners Murray PHN, Ovens Valley Physio & Pilates, Equilibre Health and Kiewa Valley Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy were humbled to be nominated and are so proud to be national winners.

Ms Emma Ghys, Early Intervention Manager at Alpine Health said “I am so proud of the team and all they have been able to achieve through Bushfires, evacuations and seamlessly pivoting to work remotely during COVID.  Winning this award is great recognition of the PACE Team’s hard work and innovative service delivery model.”

Mr Nick Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Alpine Health believes “this award is a wonderful recognition for the contributors to the PACE program, and a clear demonstration of how the sharing of expertise and commitment to local partnerships can improve the health and wellbeing of our community”

As winners in the Team Excellence – Allied Health category the PACE team would like to congratulate fellow nominees.

The PACE team will receive a nationally recognized award, trophy and $7,500 to go towards equipment to support the program.
