Alpine Health annouces the appointment of three new Board members

Alpine Health’s Board of Directors provide leadership and direction for ensuring the efficient, effective and accountable governance of the organisation. With three clear goals of governing and improving the organisation, protecting and improving the health of the community, and improving access to and delivery of health services to the community.
On Thursday 29 July, Alpine Health announced the appointment of three members to the Board of Directors. This brings the number of board members to eight. Our three new board members are;
Emily Nightingale
Emily is a CPA qualified manager specialising in Government Sector finance with experience working across alpine resorts and health services. Emily is also an experienced Senior Manager reporting to Government Boards.
Jody Simmons
Jody is a Project Coordinator (Research Portfolio) at Latrobe University with over ten years’ experience predominantly in the field of research. Jody has extensive experience in the Public Health and Tertiary Sectors.
Rod Incoll
Rod is a Bushfire Risk consultant and a former chief fire officer for the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and has a background as a Lifeline counsellor in a previous location. Rod has previously been a Director of the Alpine Health and has decided to return to service.
Mr Donovan Jacka, newly elected Board Chair said “We are very pleased to welcome Emily, Jody and Rod to the Alpine Health Board. We are very fortunate to be able to add their broad range of experience and knowledge and their contributions will be invaluable to Alpine Health as we pursue our mission of improving the health and well-being of our communities.”
