New Aged Care Act 2024 Now in Effect

The Aged Care Act 2024 is now in effect, strengthening how aged care is delivered across Australia. The new law places the rights, choice, and wellbeing of older people at the centre of care and introduces stronger expectations for providers and workers.
At Alpine Health, our commitment to dignity, safety, and person-centred care is already well established. We continue to align our services, systems, and workforce training with the new legislation to ensure older people in our community receive the highest standard of care and support.
