Notice of the 2021-2022 Alpine Health Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 26th Alpine Health Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 23 February commencing at 3.30pm in The Pavilion, Pioneer Park Recreation Reserve, 64-72 Coronation Avenue, Bright.

BUSINESS:

  • To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
  • To receive the Annual Report of Operations of the Board of Directors and Audited statement of accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022
  • To receive the Quality Account 2021-2022
